Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because many of our paintings are finished by hand, a little extra time is needed to prepare and inspect your artwork before it leaves the studio.

When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing. If you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your package’s progress at any time.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Payments

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our site is protected by SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through trusted, compliant gateways. We never store your full card information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return most non-customized paintings within 30 calendar days of delivery. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom-commissioned pieces or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?
Send an email to support@modartly.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

How long does it take to get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within 10 business days. The funds will be credited to your original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

Can I exchange an item?
We only provide replacements for paintings that arrive damaged or defective. If you simply want a different piece, you can return the original and place a new order.

Orders & Issues

What if my painting arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an accident occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage and packaging, and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we begin processing orders quickly, you can only modify or cancel within a few hours after placing it. Contact us right away, and we’ll do everything we can to help.
